Responsibilities:
- Handle on daily basis the export/import counter tasks (issuing S/O, D/O, printing invoices, issuing OBL, …etc.).
- Create BL draft upon receiving the final shipping declaration from customers.
- Handle customers’ inquiries through email, landline, mobile, WhatsApp business.
- Send arrival notifications to consignees.
- Build excellent business relationships with customers.
- Create new export bookings.
- Issue D/O to customers after collecting all needed documents and charges.
- Send long staying alert and contact customer to clear long staying shipment.
- Professionally use all features of the main system and the local system (Odoo) including data entry.
- Organize a filling system for all related documents to department activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years’ experience
- Very Good command of English language
- Very Good computer skills (MS-Office)
- Customer service oriented,
- High accuracy and strong communication skills ability
