The PSV “Pan Tamara” has recently hosted the onshore team onboard which is currently in Alexandria shipyard awaiting her next voyage; the visit purpose was to expand the onshore team’s knowledge and experience of how PSVs’ vessel and DPII system operate to maintain high standards of safety and performance during the operations.
This visit strengthened the working relationship between onshore and offshore teams and allowed both teams to create a detailed operational understanding of each other’s aspects, the challenges faced and for more clearer image in the future to recognize how all the different roles within the company come together to serve the client.
It is always good for the face-to-face engagement between the onshore and offshore teams, they are very grateful for the fruitful and insightful discussions.
